Network Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced OT Network Engineer to design, implement, and support robust network infrastructure across manufacturing environments, bridging the gap between enterprise IT and operational technology (OT) on the plant floor.

This is a hands-on engineering role working across live production environments, supporting critical industrial systems and ensuring secure, reliable, high-performance connectivity across manufacturing operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and implement converged IT/OT network architectures across manufacturing sites
• Deploy and support Cisco enterprise networking (switching, routing, wireless, security)
• Configure and maintain Rockwell Automation industrial networking (including Stratix switches)
• Implement Converged Plantwide Ethernet (CPwE) architectures
• Support industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profibus, DeviceNet
• Ensure secure segmentation between IT and OT networks aligned to IEC 62443 standards
• Integrate manufacturing systems (MES) with enterprise ERP platforms
• Support SCADA, PLC, and HMI environments in collaboration with controls engineers
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues impacting live production

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in network engineering within manufacturing / industrial environments
• Strong hands-on Cisco networking experience (CCNP level or equivalent)
• Experience with Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley ecosystems
• Solid understanding of industrial networking protocols (EtherNet/IP essential)
• Experience supporting production-critical environments
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
• Ability to work closely with engineering and operational teams
