They are now looking for a Network Administrator to join their team, supporting a range of customers while ensuring high levels of network performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an MSP or multi-client environment, with strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies including routing, switching, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain end-to-end ICT environments across multiple clients
• Work across their whole network infrastructure (Cisco)
• Deploy and configure network environments (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, routing, WAN connectivity)
• Manage server environments including virtualisation (Hyper-V) and replication
• Remote & Onsite network maintenance
• Work within monitoring and ticketing systems to maintain service quality and documentation

Skills/Must have:

• Experience within an MSP or multi-client environment
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewalls)
• Experience with Windows Server environments and/or virtualisation technologies
