Organisational Data Analyst (HR / Workforce Analytics)

Reporting to: Head of Organisation Design
We are supporting a global FMCG organisation in building out their organisational design and analytics capability. This is a newly positioned role sitting close to both HR and Finance, focused on turning organisational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
You will play a key role in shaping early-stage organisational design functions, working in a highly data-driven environment with global exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse organisational and workforce data to generate insights and support business decisions
- Build, maintain and enhance dashboards (KPIs / KDIs) to track organisational health and performance
- Translate complex data into clear storytelling and visualisations for senior stakeholders
- Produce regular reporting (e.g. quarterly organisational health reports)
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations
- Own and ensure high data quality across systems
- Identify patterns, trends and potential risks within organisational data
- Support capability building by training stakeholders on dashboard interpretation and data usage
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, workforce planning, HR analytics or similar
- Strong ability to translate data into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience building dashboards and working with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Background in HR, business analytics, or finance-related data environments
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment (HR, Finance, leadership teams)
- Experience with tools such as Workday and organisational design platforms is a plus
- FMCG industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- English is required, additional European languages are a plus
