Your new role
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic Business Intelligence team responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights. Acting as a trusted partner to various business units, you will support decision-making processes through advanced reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy, optimise reporting processes, and continuously enhance BI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Gather, clean and transform data from multiple sources to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Build and optimise data models, dataflows and queries to support reporting needs
- Automate recurring processes using Power Automate and Python
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support ongoing enhancement of BI tools and reporting frameworks
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to data governance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BI and analytics landscape
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar Data Analyst or BI role
- Strong knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, data modelling, Power Query)
- Experience with Power Automate and Python for data processing and automation
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Previous experience within transport or logistics environments (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
