Responsabilities :

You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, and operating the customer’s network infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the integrity and high availability of network infrastructure to guarantee optimal performance for end users
• Troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, and resolving network-related issues across the following domains : LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi
• Collaborating closely with team members to share engineering efforts, technical challenges, and solutions
• Working with vendors and internal teams to resolve operational issues and contribute to problem management activities

Prerequisites :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cisco networking and communication technologies
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and clearly communicate technical solutions both verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and specifications
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Fluent in both French and English (mandatory)
• Willingness to work in shift rotation (2 shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM), including occasional work outside office hours and weekends for project implementations

Technical Skills

• CCNA / CCNP Enterprise certification, or equivalent experience in Cisco technologies
• Cisco ACI
• Aruba products
• Cisco ASA VPN solutions
• Cisco Radius / TACACS authentication protocols (802.1x)
• EfficientIP DNS solutions
• Cisco DNA Center
• Monitoring platforms such as Spectrum
• Load balancers (e.g. Citrix NetScaler)
• Wireless certifications are considered a strong asset
