Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing financial product comparison platforms and tools.
- Drive conversion rate optimization and implement funnel enhancements to improve user journeys.
- Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and track product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and utilize data analytics and tracking tools.
- Support the product lifecycle and contribute to data-driven decision making.
- Generate new experiment ideas, pitching, implementing and owning them.
- Constantly monitor latest market & competitor trends.
- The candidate has held the job title junior product specialist or junior product manager or its equivalent.
- The candidate should have 1 to 2 years of overall work experience.
- Ideally, the candidate has experience working in the fintech or lending industry.
- The candidate must be fluent with data, including conversion rate optimization, funnel enhancements, and marketing data fluency.
- Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Firebase, PostHog, Mixpanel, and similar is a plus.
- The candidate should be located in Riga or within a 20 km radius.
- The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- The candidate has strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with engineering and marketing teams.
