Responsibilities

• Drive commercial management and partnership relations across the Asia and India regions.
• Lead regional operations and functional teams as a country manager or regional director.
• Track, analyze, and own KPIs and measurable metrics to ensure regional growth.
• Utilize data-driven insights to expand market presence and improve loan brokerage services.
• Be on a constant lookout for new business growth opportunities: new categories, strategic partnerships, product enhancements & more
  
  

Qualifications

• The candidate must have past experience in the consumer finance industry, specifically in lending, loans, or banking.
• The candidate should preferably have worked at businesses such as Eleving Finance, Sun Finance Group, Aventus Group, Fingular, Robocash, Una financial, or similar companies, ideally based in Latvia or the Baltics.
• The candidate must be a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
• The candidate should have mentioned KPIs and measurable metrics in their LinkedIn profile as a strong advantage.
• The candidate preferably has a track record of being internally promoted in past or current companies.
• The candidate has held the job title team lead, director, department manager, country manager, functional manager, c-level role, general manager, or similar. Acceptable backgrounds include commercial, partnerships, business development, operations, sales, data, or general management. Roles such as AML Team Lead or Software Engineer are not a fit for this general business management role.
• The candidate should possess strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• The candidate should have experience in scaling financial operations in emerging markets.
• The candidate should be based in or originally from Latvia, or other Baltic countries.
• The candidate should not have a primary background or focus in marketing roles.
• The candidate must have between 5 and 15 years of professional experience.
