An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially astute, relationship-focused CEO to lead a respected, values-based specialist medical group.

The organisation benefits from a diversified operating model, providing services to specialist doctors through a network of practices across NSW, complemented by strategic property investments. The CEO will work closely with the Board and doctor groups to strengthen trusted relationships, elevate service standards, deliver operational efficiency, and advance targeted digital and systems enhancements across the group.

This is a leadership role requiring both strategic capability and operational rigour, with the ability to shape long-term direction while remaining close to execution and continuous improvement.

Importantly, the organisation is values-led and growth is pursued deliberately and for the right reasons—prioritising quality, sustainability, and alignment with the needs of doctors and patients rather than scale for its own sake.

The successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience in multi-site health services or professional services with strong commercial and stakeholder capability. Experience in doctor-led or partnership-based environments, together with a track record of governance uplift, transformation and systems improvement, will be highly regarded.
