Scrum Master - Banking - 12 Month Contract

Join a Tier 1 Investment Bank as a Scrum Master on a 12-month contract, supporting a high-profile transformation programme.

The ideal candidate will have proven Scrum Master experience within banking, with a strong track record of leading Agile ceremonies and working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews
* Work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive delivery and continuous improvement
* Manage dependencies, blockers and delivery risks across multiple teams
* Support Agile best practices and help foster a collaborative team environment
* Maintain strong Jira hygiene and reporting across delivery workstreams

Key requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within banking
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams in complex environments
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC
* Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
