Job title: Fullstack Engineer (Senior & Mid-level openings)

We're building a modern, tech-enabled pediatric chronic care platform. Our mission is to deliver trusted, evidence-based care to families through a virtual, clinician-supported model. As part of a small, fast-moving engineering team, you'll ship features that directly improve outcomes for children and parents.

This is an AI-forward role where you'll use modern AI tools to accelerate development and help shape how we build, ship, and scale our product.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end - from early problem definition to production launch across patient experiences, clinician workflows, and internal tools.
• Build across the stack using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experiment with AI tooling to increase engineering velocity and prototype AI-powered product capabilities.
• Shape engineering practices including testing strategy, CI/CD improvements, and API/database design.
• Ship quickly and securely, maintaining the standards required for a regulated healthcare environment.

Our Stack

• Frontend: Next.js (React), TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js / Next API Routes
• Data: PostgreSQL, Redis
• Testing: Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright
• Infra: Aptible (experience with AWS or GCP is a plus)

Who You Are

• 3-5+ years of experience with modern full-stack development, especially Next.js, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Strong in at least one area (frontend, backend, or mobile) and comfortable learning the rest.
• AI-native - you already use AI tools to speed up your workflow and are excited to push boundaries.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn loose requirements into shipped product.
• Collaborative, proactive communicator who thrives in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience in regulated industries (HealthTech, FinTech, etc.).
