岗位需求：
1、有3年以上用户体验设计行业经验，参与过中大型产品的交互设计，有Web3的行业经验优先
2、有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行元素敏锐的观察和总结能力，对设计品质有强烈的自我追求；
3、具备一定的产品和交互思维，能够参与交互流程设计，良好的业务理解力及线上线下设计渗透能力
4、工作热忱、有全局观念、善于主动沟通，能够快速推进自己的思想并能与同事有效沟通。
5、对行业发展有一定的前瞻性，并可以把发现的idea，落地到自身的项目中
要求：
1、本科及以上设计类相关专业，有海外留学经验，且在大厂工作的经历优先
2、有crpyto领域工作经验的优先
3、3年以上UI/UX设计工作经验，有用户增长设计经验、动效设计视觉设计能力者优先。
4、理解能力强，表达能力好，能与产品业务高效沟通，平衡业务目标和体验目标。
5、执行能力强，能高效产出不同方向的设计方案。
