Role Overview

The Culture & Engagement Lead – Poland is responsible for driving the local Culture & Engagement agenda, ensuring strong adoption of One PepsiCo culture, engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and recognition initiatives. The role acts as the key local owner for employee experience and engagement outcomes, while supporting the execution of Talent Management processes in partnership with the EE Talent Management team.

Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement (Primary)

  • Lead the end‑to‑end Culture & Engagement strategy for Poland in alignment with EE and EMEA priorities.
  • Lead implementation of engagement, inclusion for growth initiatives (including the support for ERGs), wellbeing and recognition initiatives, ensuring strong local adoption.
  • Analyze employee listening data (surveys, pulses, focus groups) and translate insights into actionable country-level plans.
  • Partner with HRBPs, OHS Champions and business leaders to drive engagement action plans and governance.
  • Localize global and EE-driven Culture & Engagement initiatives, ensuring cultural relevance and impact.
  • Support employee communication and change management related to culture, engagement and inclusion priorities.
  • Act as local subject matter expert for employee experience topics, advising leaders and HR partners.

Talent Management (Secondary)

  • Support implementation of EE and local driven Talent Management and Learning initiatives locally
  • Support on‑the‑ground TM Management to support adoption of global TM, Development & Learning programs
  • Provide local insights and feedback to inform EE‑level talent and learning discussions
  • Partner with HRBPs, TM/L&D and business leaders to support execution and governance

Qualifications

  • University degree in Psychology, HR, Sociology, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Culture & Engagement, HR, Talent, Learning or Organizational Development roles.
  • Fluent Polish and English both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate employee data into insights and actions.
  • Solid stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in matrix and change environments.
  • Passion for culture, engagement, inclusion and employee experience.
