BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join a growing data and analytics team dedicated to helping the business become truly data-driven. This is a collaborative and customer-facing role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, impactful Power BI solutions. The team operates in a fast-paced environment with high demand for deliveries, which means efficiency, quality and a continuous improvement mindset are key.

The team is international and switches between Swedish and English on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI based on internal customer requirements
• Engage closely with internal customers and stakeholders to collect, understand and prioritize needs
• Coach and guide stakeholders towards simple and effective BI solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers to define and align on backend requirements
• Apply Power BI best practices across data modeling, DAX and dashboard design
• Contribute to shared processes and team development as the organization grows
• Continuously identify opportunities to work more efficiently without compromising quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing BI solutions in Power BI
• Strong ability to engage with varied stakeholder types and quickly understand their challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in both Swedish and English

Meritorious Experience

• Experience with data modeling and advanced DAX
• Background working in data-driven or analytics-focused organizations
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and backend data pipelines
• Experience in a consulting or internal customer-facing delivery role
