Product Specialist / Data Scientist F/M/X

Amaris Consulting is looking for a motivated AI Product Specialist / Data Scientist to join our team in Malmö. In this role, you will contribute to the development of AI-driven customer support solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve digital assistant capabilities through data analysis, experimentation, and Generative AI solutions.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze production performance and generate actionable product insights.
• Support the development and evaluation of AI-powered customer support solutions.
• Design and monitor experiments, A/B tests, and hypothesis-driven analyses.
• Evaluate AI models, features, and solution performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and data teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of chatbot and voice assistant solutions.

🎯 Your Profile:

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, data science, AI product development, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and AI-driven product solutions.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis design.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience working with customer support or conversational AI solutions is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Open to working onsite in Malmö 3 days per week.

Salary range: From 46667,00 SEK to 56667,00 SEK

The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
