Electronics System Engineer

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Power Electronics System Engineer to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support inverter systems within electric drive applications, focusing on system-level architecture and requirement definition.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to system design, requirement management, and integration of power electronics solutions for high-performance automotive applications.

• Lead and support inverter system design activities
• Perform requirement elicitation, analysis, and breakdown
• Ensure alignment between system requirements and implementation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Support system safety design in compliance with industry standards
• Contribute to supplier interactions and technical discussions

Experience / Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong experience in Power Electronics (Hardware & Software)
• Knowledge of Electric Drive systems
• Experience in requirement management and system engineering practices
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ASPICE
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with CarWeaver or similar tools is a plus
