Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile coaching role.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support and coach the Development Team in Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
  • Protect the team from external interruptions during sprints and proactively remove impediments.
  • Assist the Product Owner in effective Product Backlog management and Agile delivery practices.
  • Support employees and stakeholders in understanding and implementing Scrum and empirical product development.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration with clients, business teams, and IT stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate broad technical understanding across multiple technologies and platforms.
  • Distribution SE is currently establishing a GIS Hub that will act as the central platform for all GIS-related needs within the organization.
  • To support this initiative, an experienced Scrum Master is required to help establish and lead a new Agile Scrum team focused on enabling GIS applications within Distribution SE.
  • The Scrum Master will also evaluate and identify additional resource requirements for the team while implementing Agile processes, Scrum ceremonies, and team collaboration practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and team facilitation.
  • Ability to align business, Vattenfall IT, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Experience leading teams and coaching both business and IT stakeholders in Agile ways of working.
  • Capability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to monitor team progress and provide reporting to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with GIS applications and GIS-related projects.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS (ESRI) platforms is preferred.
  • Practical Swedish language skills are required.
