We are looking for a Product Strategy Manager to define and drive the long-term strategic direction and commercial success of our oncology information system RayCare. Join us in shaping product strategy, strengthening our market positioning, and contributing to the development of solutions that support cancer treatment worldwide.
About The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy by combining market insight, customer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define product vision, positioning, and roadmap priorities, ensuring that our offerings create customer value and align with business goals.
You will drive strategic and commercial initiatives to strengthen market positioning and long-term profitability. You will also manage and coordinate deliverables across functions, ensuring execution and completion.
You will be part of the Corporate Development & Strategy department and report to the Director of the department. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across sales, service, development, regulatory, and senior management.
Your main tasks
You have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to translate insights into concrete actions. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating a complex stakeholder landscape, and you can balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You are pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a strong drive to create business impact. You communicate clearly and can structure complex information in a way that creates alignment across stakeholders.

Your main tasks
- Responsible for market, customer, and competitor analysis, including identifying trends and unmet needs
- Synthesize insights from internal and external sources into clear recommendations and strategic actions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to define product vision, positioning, and strategic priorities
- Provide strategic input to product roadmap prioritization and direction, ensuring alignment across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to pricing and packaging models in collaboration with Sales and Legal
- Enable and guide go-to-market activities, including defining messaging, value propositions, and proof points
- Support commercial initiatives that translate product strategy into revenue impact and strengthened market position
- Participate in customer-facing activities such as executive briefings, workshops, and roadshows
- Support evaluation of potential partnerships and acquisitions, including strategic fit and impact
- Contribute to market entry strategies for new regions and stakeholder landscapes
- Define product marketing needs and provide guidance to Marketing and Sales on content, positioning, and high-impact platforms
- Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory to ensure alignment between commercial and regulatory strategy

Experience & Skills
- Relevant higher education such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, a Clinical or Radiotherapy-Related Degree, or a related field
- Clinical experience working as a radiographer, clinical scientist or dosimetrist within an Oncology department
- Background from roles involving strategic or commercial product work, strategy, or business development
- Hands-on experience with market, customer, and competitor analysis
- Experience contributing to strategic initiatives and/or product or portfolio-related work
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders
- Very good command of English, spoken and written
