Role: AWS Solution Architect

Location: Göteborg (Gothenburg), Sweden – 2–3 days onsite/week

Contract Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Language: English (C1)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced AWS Solution Architects to support a large‑scale transformation program involving the migration of ~40 applications from a legacy environment to a standardized cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution design for migration and modernization
• Define AWS cloud‑native architectures (scalable, secure, resilient)
• Design event‑driven systems and messaging solutions
• Architect microservices and API integrations
• Drive Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance and approvals
• Collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors
• Support DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, deployments)
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven work on event‑driven architecture, microservices, and APIs
• Solid DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Background in enterprise‑scale transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
