We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer to develop intelligent features for our hybrid cloud platform, using a wide range of modern AI approaches. This role combines hands-on development, collaboration, and continuous innovation in real-world applications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop intelligent features for Lenovo’s hybrid cloud platform using data analytics, ML-based classification, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, NLP, and generative AI.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to clarify requirements and implement scalable, user-focused solutions.
  • Perform iteration, evaluation, and testing to continuously improve solutions.
  • Leverage company infrastructure for datasets, labelled data, data cleaning, model training, and runtime frameworks.
  • Mentor junior team members in implementing these use cases.

Job Requirements

Experience Education

  • 5+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree or above

Skills

  • Proficient in Python (Java or Go is a plus)
  • Experience with 3+ areas: data modelling, time-series forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, NLP, MLOps, Agentic AI
  • Experience with data wrangling (SQL, Python)
  • Experience with end-to-end ML system development with strong data-driven evaluation focus
  • Experience deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting AI systems on public or private cloud (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills; able to clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and collaborate across teams
  • Good English reading ability and strong exploration mindset; able to identify and apply cutting-edge technologies

Nice to Have

  • NVIDIA AI ecosystem (DeepStream, Metropolis, Triton, NeMo, NIMs, TensorRT, CUDA)
  • RAG, vector databases, agent orchestration frameworks, LLM architectures
  • Real-time streaming data, telemetry systems, event-driven AI architectures
  • AI inference optimization, model serving, scalable deployment pipelines for production
