Join the founding team as the second engineer building the autonomous backbone for modern law firms. You will scale production systems featuring multi-agent pipelines and durable workflows. Working directly with founders, you’ll ship high-impact features across the full stack to automate client intake, qualification, and case management for major international firms.

What You Will Do

• Design and execute the product roadmap from database schemas in Supabase to polished React components using Next.js.
• Build and refine the AI infrastructure layer, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Maintain high engineering standards within a Turborepo setup, pushing code to production daily to iterate based on real-time user feedback.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, showing the ability to ship complex, multi-tenant SaaS features.
• Expertise in maximizing output through AI coding agents like Claude or Cursor to manage high-velocity development cycles.
• Local to Barcelona with a hunger for a "9-9-6" hard-charging startup culture and experience in durable workflows or LLM orchestration.
