Senior Business Analyst – Banking Applications & CRM Integration

We are seeking highly experienced Senior Business Analysts to support strategic banking initiatives covering both transversal lending applications and CRM integration projects. The selected candidates will act as key interfaces between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, structured, and implemented.

These roles require strong analytical capabilities, autonomy, and the ability to drive complex discussions across multiple business and technical teams.

1. Senior Business Analyst – Lending Applications

YOUR MISSION

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to lending processes,
• Manage requirements across both project delivery and application maintenance streams,
• Lead and animate workshops with stakeholders across operations, compliance, risk, legal, and other business units,
• Conceptualize and design solutions using BPMN and UML modeling standards,
• Collaborate closely with development and architecture teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements,
• Use SQL for data extraction, analysis, and validation activities.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services,
• Proven experience working on finance or lending applications,
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and lifecycle management,
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage complex deliverables,
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders,
• Solid IT background with the ability to engage in technical discussions,
• Relevant experience in: BPMN for business process modelling, UML, particularly for data modelling and system design, SQL for querying and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools (nice to have)

2. Senior Business Analyst – CRM Integration (Microsoft Dynamics)

YOUR MISSION

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering activities for CRM integration projects,
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple business units to identify business needs, constraints, and opportunities,
• Facilitate and animate cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment and clarity of objectives,
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications,
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors,
• Support the successful integration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions within the banking environment.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments,
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM platforms,
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering and functional analysis,
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders,
• Strong facilitation and communication skills,
• Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and data modeling (UML)
