Employee Relations Specialist

K&K Talents is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the European region since 1993. This position is with one of our clients in Ireland who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Role: Employee Relations specialist

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Employment type: Full time Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5 to 7 years of HR experience in an international organization
• Experience and knowledge of HR law & benefits, engagements with unions, policies etc. in Ireland. Basic knowledge of Irish employment law is required.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn, being very flexible and open to learn new things (in new countries as well)
• High proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
• Results-driven and orientation and the ability to work in demanding and high pace organizations
• A strong and disciplined personality
• Working experience with large groups is a plus
• Experience in the IT sector is a plus
