As our HR Controller and Rewards Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how we plan, analyse, and manage people related costs across the organisation. You will work in a small team and support the insight driven analysis, cost planning and reporting, which helps us to ensure our leaders have the clarity and financial transparency they need to make informed decisions.
In this role, you will support the Reward Team to support key programmes such as the annual compensation cycles, equity processes, and specialised reporting. You will also contribute to ad-hoc analyses that enhance our people insights and strengthen our overall reward strategy.
A core element of your responsibilities will be translating complex people and financial data into meaningful, actionable insights for stakeholders across the People Team and Group Controlling. You will need to also work closely with colleagues in the finance team, supporting the budget process as well as other annual, quarterly and half year events.
To be successful, you will bring strong analytical capability, a proactive and solution oriented mindset, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams. You enjoy diving deep into data but are equally energised by the impact your insights have on strategic people and financial decisions. Your Responsibilities
- Support inputting of data in Annual Budget Process
- Support with Management of Tagetik WFP and become in-house expert on this tool
- Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across HRIS, payroll, and finance systems – explain differences and maintain audit control.
- Produce quarterly and monthly bonus accruals, ensuring timely delivery of accuratedata.
- Support business cases in relation to workforce planning and total employment costs.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including salary review, bonus planning and adhoc benchmarking
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys; complete submission files and maintain pay ranges and structures
- Support equity plan operations (vestings, buyouts, special grants) including data preparation and reporting
- Support with the reward and benefits policies; prepare guidance and communication materials, maintain our SharePoint page (u-net)
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, Pivots, Power Query) and a curiosity for other tools such as Power BI
- Proven ability to interpret complex data, identifying trends and errors and making data-based judgements
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in input data and reporting
- Good communication skills, able to present complex financial data in an accessible manner to stakeholders across finance and people teams.
- Experience managing sensitive employee and financial data in line with company policies and GDPR
- Adaptability, able to perform effectively in environments with organisational change, restructuring, or acquisitions.

- Experience with HRIS systems
- Understanding and/ or curiosity with regard to compensation theories, such as banding, benchmarking and data submissions.
