UI/UX

Lead the UI/UX design process, using Figma for wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Create consistent, multi-channel interfaces.

Conduct user research and testing to understand customer needs.

Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to align designs with business goals and technical requirements.

Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistent, efficient workflows.

Requirements:

Strong experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.

Experience in an agile development environment and multi-channel design (web, mobile, desktop).

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, Angular, elasticCMS) and project management tools like Jira.

Language skills: C1/C2 in Dutch or French, B2 in English, B1 in the other national language.

At least 2 days per week physically present in Brussels.
