Job Summary:

We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Product Manager to drive product strategy and business performance across assigned IT product categories. This role requires strong market awareness, analytical capability, and cross-functional coordination to support profitable growth, effective product positioning, and alignment with local business needs and HQ direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product planning, pricing strategy, and go to market execution
• Manage SKU strategy, product positioning, and competitive analysis
• Monitor sales performance, margin structure, and provision control
• Manage inventory allocation, stock aging risk, and demand forecasting
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HQ teams to ensure business alignment
• Provide regular business updates and market insights to management

Key Requirements

1.IT Industry Background with Commercial Mindset

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT hardware industry
• Familiar with System Product, commercial IT products, or related categories.
• Good understanding of channel distribution model and retail environment
• Strong P&L awareness
• Comfortable handling forecast planning and inventory management
• Ability to react quickly to market fluctuation and cost movement.

2. Proven Product Management Experience

• Experience managing full product life cycle
• Experience in pricing strategy and margin control
• Ability to balance sales growth and risk management
• Ability to align with distributors, retailers, and HQ teams with communication and coordination
