iOS Developer | Product Engineering | London
The Job
We’re looking for an iOS Developer to help build and evolve a growing suite of mobile applications used by both operational teams and end users in a large, traditionally underserved industry. You’ll work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable iOS experiences that solve real-world operational problems. This is a hands-on engineering role where ownership matters—you’ll take features from concept through to production while helping shape the future direction of the mobile platform.
The Company
My client is a fast-growing technology company modernising operational workflows through digital products, mobile tooling, and scalable software systems. They operate with a strong product and engineering culture, combining startup agility with a practical focus on solving meaningful industry challenges. The team is collaborative, low-ego, and highly mission-driven, with engineers given genuine ownership and autonomy over what they build.
About You
You’re an iOS engineer who enjoys building polished applications and solving non-trivial product problems. You’re comfortable taking ownership, collaborating across teams, and contributing to product discussions—not just implementing tickets. You care about maintainable code, user experience, and continuous improvement.
- Professional experience building iOS applications
- Strong knowledge of Swift and the Apple ecosystem
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Passion for learning and building high-quality software
Nice to have: SwiftUI, Combine, TCA, ARKit, backend/full-stack exposure, or experience in operational/product-focused environments.
Why Would You Join?
This is an opportunity to join a growing product engineering team where mobile is becoming increasingly central to the company’s future. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with real ownership, contribute to meaningful products, and help shape the direction of the mobile experience as the platform scales. The team values curiosity, pragmatism, and engineers who genuinely care about building impactful software.
