🚨 Hiring: Senior / Lead C++ Software Engineer (IBM z/OS)

We are seeking a Senior or Lead C++ Software Engineer to join a team building security-critical software used by major global financial institutions.

This is a highly specialized opportunity for engineers with deep IBM z/OS and low-level systems programming experience.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 8–10+ years of hands-on C/C++ development
• Strong IBM z/OS experience
• xLC/C++ compiler
• HLASM (High Level Assembler)
• COBOL callable boundaries
• JCL
• SMP/E
• SAF / RACF / ACF2
• TLS / SSL and secure systems programming
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and memory analysis skills

✅ Nice to Have:

• Applied cryptography
• OpenSSL, PKCS#11, HSM integration
• Java and native SDK development
• CMake, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD

This is a hands-on engineering role involving the design and development of high-performance, security-focused C/C++ libraries in a complex enterprise environment.
