An established Swiss organisation specialising in educational environments is looking for a Project Manager & Facilities Planner to lead school furnishing and space-planning projects from concept through implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical planning, customer interaction, and project ownership in a creative, hands-on environment.

You will play a key role in designing modern learning spaces while managing client relationships, project coordination, procurement, and CAD-based planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients and manage quotations, presentations, and negotiations
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee school furnishing and interior projects
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, delivery coordination, and project execution
• Handle invoicing and support annual revenue responsibility of approximately CHF 1 million
• Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
• Support CAD systems, planning standards, and user training
• Assist with organisational tasks, product assortment management, and warehouse logistics

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in carpentry, interior construction, or a related field
• Strong CAD skills, ideally with Vectorworks
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Previous experience with public sector or educational clients preferred
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German communication skills
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and own vehicle required

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle begleiten Sie spannende Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und verbinden Kundenberatung mit technischer Planung und Projektkoordination.

Aufgaben

• Kundenberatung sowie Erstellung von Offerten, Präsentationen und Verhandlungen
• Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Schuleinrichtungsprojekten
• Einkauf, Terminplanung und Lieferkoordination
• Verantwortung für Akonto- und Schlussrechnungen sowie Umsatzverantwortung von ca. CHF 1 Mio. pro Jahr
• Pflege und Ausbau des Kundenstamms
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der CAD-Planungsgrundlagen
• Unterstützung in Organisation, Sortiment und Lagerlogistik

Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufslehre, z. B. Schreinerei oder Innenausbau
• Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Vectorworks
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
• Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern von Vorteil
• Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Führerausweis Kategorie B sowie eigenes Fahrzeug erforderlich
