Fullstack Engineer

About Our client:

Our client is a fast-growing MedTech company that builds a real-time surgical collaboration platform to support surgical procedures remotely worldwide in real time.

Their tech is used in 2,000+ medical centers across 100+ countries, partnering with enterprise companies.

They’re a small, agile 25-person team creating hardware-software systems that change how surgery is taught and performed.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Fullstack Engineer to do fullstack work for both backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular).

You’ll help build real-time video and communication features for surgeons and experts globally.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop web dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Work on real-time systems (WebRTC, SignalR).
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Extend our platform via a desktop app.
• Maintain backend services on Azure.
  
  

The ideal candidate has experience with:

• Experience with real-time systems and streaming
• Systems thinker who can debug end-to-end
• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools responsibly
• Full stack development experience across frontend, mobile, and backend
  
  

Location: Hybrid set up, Barcelona office. 2-3 days per week at the office.
