Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Search is changing rapidly with the rise of LLMs and AI-generated answers. Customers increasingly rely on AI to get answers. Traditional SEO is not enough anymore, and companies need new ways to understand how they appear and influence their visibility across AI systems.

At Promptwatch, we’re enabling companies to monitor, track and act on the future of search. We analyze how brands appear across AI responses, tracking citations, sentiment, and visibility at massive scale.

We are handling over 1.2k events per second, store over 30m prompt responses each month and have collected over 2.4 billion insights. Thousands of companies rely on what we build to make decisions and strategise every day. 

This is a fast-moving, developing space and we’re leading it.

We are a small, highly motivated, action-oriented team based in the center of Amsterdam, and what we’re building is delivering results. We’ve already seen revenue multiples achieved in 2026 and ambitious growth ahead.

The Role

We are looking for a product-minded fullstack engineer with the following qualities:

• Strong knowledge of Typescript and the javascript ecosystem (reactjs, nodejs)
• Experience in designing and querying relational databases (sql, nosql)
• Experience building APIs (tRPC, REST)
• Familiarity with job queues, async processing, or event-driven architecture
• Ability to work across the stack and help shape both what we build and how we build it
• Ownership of features from development through deployment, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and performance
• Familiarity with modern, AI-native development and the ability to use AI tools where they meaningfully improve speed, quality, or impact
• Interest in agentic workflows - pipelines that ingest, process, reason over, and act on large-scale data (prior experience is not required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

Compensation

Base salary: €80,000 - 110,000
