About An Open Position

We are looking for a curious and proactive AI R&D Engineer to join a growing international team focused on software quality, engineering intelligence, and AI-driven innovation.

In this role, you will contribute to research and experimentation initiatives related to machine learning and data analysis in the software engineering domain. You will work closely with technical teams on rapid prototyping, exploratory analysis, and development of AI-based solutions for modern software platforms and development processes.

YOU WILL:

  • Research and prototype AI/ML solutions related to software quality and engineering processes;
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis on software engineering datasets;
  • Investigate, evaluate, and apply machine learning algorithms and models;
  • Work with deep learning frameworks and transformer-based architectures;
  • Collaborate with engineering and research teams on experimentation and prototyping initiatives;
  • Implement and test ideas based on research papers and emerging technologies;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the AI domain;
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with evolving technologies and requirements.


WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML or R&D-related roles;
  • Strong Python programming skills, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn;
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost, LightGBM, or similar;
  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow;
  • Practical experience working with LLMs and transformer-based models;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and experiment with new approaches;
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.


WOULD BE CONSIDERED A PLUS:

  • Java programming experience;
  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms;
  • Docker containerization knowledge;
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock;
  • Background in software engineering or software engineering research;
  • Experience implementing ideas from research papers;
  • Statistical modeling and advanced data analysis knowledge.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 2000– 2900 Eur. The final agreement on salary is based on skills and experience.
