Join a Dynamic HR Team as an HR Generalist in the Netherlands and Belgium

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting Belgium and the Netherlands
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and Belgian employment legislation and HR practices
- Proven experience managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in accordance with GDPR
- Experience with Dutch Work Council processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Dutch and Belgian payroll processes
- French language proficiency
- Exposure to HR digitalization or process improvement initiatives
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization
- Strong customer service orientation and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Relevant HR certification or degree
- Prior experience supporting HR operations in Belgium and the Netherlands within a multinational environment
- Willingness to work closely with local HR teams and business leaders
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid or fully remote working arrangement within Belgium or Netherlands
- Strong ethical standards and discretion when handling sensitive employee information
