About the Opportunity

Are you looking to take full ownership of electrical engineering projects rather than simply contributing as a specialist planner?

This role offers the opportunity to lead technically demanding construction projects from concept through delivery while working within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will play a key role alongside architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, and other specialist teams, acting as a central technical lead throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the electrical engineering design and coordination of complex construction projects.
• Manage and oversee planning activities throughout all project stages.
• Lead and coordinate project teams from both a technical and organizational perspective.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Deliver projects using modern digital planning methods and BIM-based workflows.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions.

• Strong academic or technical background in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of experience in electrical design and construction management.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Very good communication skills in both German and English.
• Practical experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working approach.
