Remote Project Manager (Estimating & Claims Support)

Salary: USD $1,300 / month

Location: 100% Remote – Must be based in LATAM

Type: Full-time | Long-term

Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours

At EDGE Virtual Assistants, we place top performing remote professionals with U.S. based roofing, restoration, construction, and insurance-claims companies. We’re hiring a Remote Project Manager who will own day to day project operations and grow into advanced estimating and claims-support work.

This is not a passive coordination role. This is an ownership role.

What You’ll Do:

After an initial 2-week training in cost estimating, roofing basics, and claims workflows, your main focus will be estimating and claims support, including:

• Building and updating job estimates, scopes, and budget breakdowns
• Reviewing documents, photos, and job data to support insurance claims & supplements
• Tracking job costs, simple financial / job summaries, and updating internal trackers
• Managing multiple active jobs and keeping timelines, tasks, and deliverables on track
• Spotting inconsistencies, risks, or missing information and flagging them early
• Improving checklists, trackers, and processes as you see gaps

This is a flexible role and may evolve as you grow. We are looking for someone who can adapt as the client needs change and take on more responsibility over time.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• 2+ years working remotely in project coordination, project management, client success, or similar admin/ops role
• Advanced English (C1+) written and spoken
• Proven organization and follow-through in managing multiple tasks or projects

• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data
• Proactive problem solver who doesn’t wait for instructions
• Self directed, reliable, and productive in a remote environment
• Professional, clear communicator with U.S. based clients

• Experience in construction, roofing, restoration, or insurance claims
