About The Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to join a pioneering digital health clinic in Poland. This role involves designing intuitive interfaces and prototypes, collaborating with users to gather feedback, and leveraging data to enhance product offerings. Your work will directly impact the development of a "clinic in your pocket" solution, aiming to revolutionize patient care through technology and empathy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design digital interfaces, applications, and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with users to gather feedback and run tests
• Utilize data to drive product improvements and iterations
• Work across product, design, and business teams to ensure cohesive development
• Employ AI-supported workflows to build and refine prototypes
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in UX/UI design or a product role
• Proven ability to design digital interfaces and prototypes
• Experience in iterative product development cycles
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from user feedback
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have

• Previous startup experience
• Experience leading product/design sprints
• Background in digital health or wellness environments
• Familiarity with AI tools in design and prototyping
• Experience in analytics-driven product optimization
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 15k - 25k PLN net/B2B
