Marketing Manager - Romania

Responsibilities:

• Full 360 local marketing execution: both online and offline: Events, Partnerships, CRM, Users Lifecycle, SEO & ASO
• Secure External Marketing Acquisition + Existing Users Retention
• Hyper Localization across Blogs, CRM, announcements to deliver cultural adoption
• Social Media channels management, Community Engagement with Binance Angels, KOLs Onboarding & Partnerships
• Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI
• Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred)
• Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing
• Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable
• Native Romanian and fluent English language proficiency
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions
