What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role;

• Good knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing data;

• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation tasks;

• Experience using Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports;

• Ability to identify data inconsistencies, root causes, and process improvement opportunities;

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, including Project Managers and Program Managers;

• Proactive mindset with interest in process optimization and automation;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment;

• English proficiency level B2 or higher (written and spoken).

Important:

This position is following a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Lisbon. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
