A leading international contractor delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Europe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major live project in the Netherlands. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-value mission critical construction works on one of Europe’s most advanced hyperscale developments.

You’ll take ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning, driving programme, commercial performance, quality, and client relationships on fast-paced data centre builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery on hyperscale data centre construction projects
• Manage programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including construction, engineering, commissioning, and subcontractors
• Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication
• Drive project milestones and ensure successful delivery against critical deadlines
• Oversee reporting, planning, risk management, and resource allocation
• Ensure works are delivered to the highest technical and operational standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within:
• Data Centres
• Mission Critical Facilities
• Pharmaceutical
• Semiconductor
• Large-scale industrial construction environments
• Strong understanding of CSA and/or MEP delivery
• Experience managing large subcontractor packages and complex programmes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• EU passport or right to work in Europe preferred
