Senior Project Manager – Frankfurt, Germany
Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established project consultancy, delivering complex developments with a strong focus on logistics, industrial, and technically demanding projects across all HOAI phases (1–9).
Location: Frankfurt (with flexibility for project-based travel)
Salary: €75,000 – €95,000 + package (based on experience)
Job Description
The Resolute Group is supporting a leading consultancy in the search for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of high-profile projects across the Rhein-Main region and wider Germany.
This is a technical, client-facing role responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from early-stage concept and permitting through to construction delivery, commissioning, and handover. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business through high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle project management across all relevant HOAI phases (1–9)
- Acting as the primary interface between client, contractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Overseeing programme, cost, and risk management, identifying and mitigating project risks proactively
- Leading procurement processes, including tendering, contractor selection, and contract negotiations
- Monitoring construction progress on-site, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and regulations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Preparing and presenting regular project reports to clients and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 7+ years’ experience in project management within Germany
- Strong experience delivering logistics, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and German building regulations
- Proven ability in risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
- Fluent German and English required
