We are recruiting for our client active in the Wind Energy Industry

Project Manager Wind (m/w/d) Development & Construction

in Hamburg with mobility across Northern Germany

fluent in English & German, French is an asset

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading wind energy projects from the permitting phase through to turbine erection. You will play a key role in coordinating between engineering teams, local stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of wind projects from development (permitting) to construction (turbine erection)
• Lead the permitting process and liaise with German local authorities
• Coordinate technical activities related to civil engineering (concrete foundations) and mechanical structures (steel
• structures, wind turbine towers)
• Act as the interface between internal engineering teams and external stakeholders (contractors, authorities, partners)
• Monitor project progress, including schedule, budget, quality, and risks
• Oversee site activities, including contractor coordination and compliance with safety standards
• Ensure projects are aligned with local regulatory, environmental, and technical requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Civil / Mechanical / related field
• Proven experience in Project Management within an industrial or energy environment
• Fluency in English & German; French is an asset
• Experience with permitting processes and regulatory interactions
• Strong knowledge and experience in Civil engineering (foundations, concrete), Structural / mechanical systems (steel structures, heavy equipment), Energy sector (strong asset, ideally wind energy)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an international context
• Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-growing, multicultural environment
