Are you a Junior Project Manager with a passion for making a significant impact on long-term projects? If so, we're looking for someone like you! DTI is actively seeking a dedicated Jr Project Manager to join our team for an exciting multi-year contract opportunity.

Must work on our W2

This position requires the consultant to be onsite Monday-Friday in New York City.

Job Description: As a Junior Project Manager at DTI, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to project success through various responsibilities, including project/program tracking, risk management, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and meeting coordination. Key duties include creating test.

1. Requirements: Be available to work onsite in NYC up to 5 days a week
2. Have experience in the financial services sector (essential) and preferably capital markets (not essential)
3. Experience managing large and complex projects / programs
4. Experience with regulatory and / or market driven transformation
5. Have less than 10 years of total experience (appreciate this is a strange one but the client is looking to staff at certain levels only and this is the cutoff that we have agreed with them).

• Key Responsibilities: Project/program tracking and administration
• Risk identification and management
• Technical and functional requirements gathering
• Stakeholder management and meeting coordination
• Test plan creation and execution
• Financial planning and tracking
• Regulatory remediation program experience
• Senior-level client interactions

Qualifications: We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of project/program management experience a background in financial services and familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Rate: $45hr-$74hr depending on experience
