Project Delivery Manager

Seeking for a seasoned IT Project Manager, Solution Delivery Manager (AVP / Manager), with sound experience across insurance, accountable for both solution architecture and end-to-end delivery execution across Asia Pacific.

Managed assigned project initiatives, translating business requirements, securing end-to-end architectures, and end to end project delivery.

This role contributes to defining and optimizing the business, information, application, and technical architecture landscape, ensuring alignment between business and technology.

Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Define end-to-end solution architectures across application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.

• Translate business requirements, constraints, and regulatory considerations into coherent and execution-ready solution designs.

Project Delivery Leadership & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery from design through build, test, deployment, and handover, ensuring architectural intent is realized in implementation.

• Drive delivery planning, tracking and reporting using Jira as the primary delivery management tool, with Azure DevOps used where required for DevOps‑oriented initiatives.

• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, dependencies and milestones using Jira, SharePoint and Confluence.

• Ensure timely resolution of delivery and architecture risks in collaboration with delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Stakeholder, Vendor & Governance Management

• Lead and support architecture reviews, steering committees, and IT governance processes.

• Ensure third-party and vendor solutions align with agreed architecture, security, and quality standards.

Documentation & Executive Communication

• Produce executive-ready artefacts including business cases, solution proposals, architecture documents, and steering materials.

• Ensure documentation quality, version control, traceability, and auditability across the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution and/or enterprise architecture roles, within insurance.

• Min. 8 years of experience across system analyst, business analyst or IT project management with min. 2 years in the capacity of a team lead or senior individual contributor

• Experience supporting delivery teams across different delivery approaches (Agile, hybrid)

• Strong understanding of insurance technology landscapes, digital platforms, cloud, data, and emerging technologies including AI.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Take ownership of assigned solution designs.
