Title: Project Manager – Technology

Location: Dubai , UAE

Job Type: 6+ Month contract

Scope of work

1. Project Manager – Technology

Project Planning & Initiation

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements

• Identify assumptions, constraints, and dependencies across systems and teams

• Align project plans with the Client’s business priorities, technical architecture, and governance standards

Delivery & Execution Management

• Drive day-to-day delivery across cross-functional technology teams and vendors

• Coordinate activities across engineering, infrastructure, applications, security, and data teams

• Track progress against milestones and resolve delivery blockers and dependencies

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the agreed quality standards

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Client’s stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership

• Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and execution priorities

• Facilitate decision-making and manage stakeholder expectations and trade-offs

• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to governance forums and senior management

Governance, Risk & Control

• Establish and maintain project governance structures, controls, and reporting

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure timely escalation of risks and issues requiring management decision or intervention

• Align project delivery with enterprise risk, compliance, security, and audit requirements

Vendor & Resource Management

• Coordinate vendor delivery, performance, and contractual obligations

• Monitor cost, schedule, and scope variances and recommend corrective actions

Quality Assurance & Handover

• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed functional, technical, and security requirements

• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and sign-off activities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and delivery artefacts

IT DEPARTMENT

• Manage formal handover to operations and support teams Continuous Improvement & Delivery Maturity

• Contribute to the development and improvement of project delivery frameworks and templates

• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement practices

• Support consistent delivery standards across the project and portfolio landscape

• Strengthen overall project and portfolio management maturity within the organisation
