Requirements

• The Agile Lead will mentor, build and support cross-functional teams to deliver value and continuously improve their ways of working, and is accountable for delivery of prioritised business solutions taking into consideration time, cost and scope. You will apply human centred design principles and agile practices to facilitate the delivery of solutions that meet user needs and deliver value.
• Strong prior experience as an Agile Coach, (Release Train Engineer) RTE, Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience in using agile ways of working and human centered design to deliver customer focused solutions.
• Ability to coach individuals and teams, including product owners in the adoption of an agile mindset and agile best practices.
