Frontend Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Front-End Commerce Developer to be embedded within the Marketing/eCommerce team. This is a newly created, critical role, the connective tissue between what our systems integrator builds and what Marketing, Merchandising, Mar-Tech, and the customer experience. This individual will own front-end configuration validation, UI fidelity, storefront performance, and data integrity across the full composable stack. Critically, they will also own the analytics instrumentation and CRO infrastructure needed to measure, test, and continuously improve the customer experience post-launch. Responsibilities:

• Own front-end configuration validation in Frontastic across homepage, product pages, checkout, promotions, navigation, and landing pages.
• Ensure storefront experiences align with UX, branding, and merchandising requirements.
• Partner with systems integrators to identify, document, and resolve front-end defects and configuration gaps.
• Support analytics implementation using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking and data layer validation.
• Help drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer behavior insights.
• Validate Merchant Center product feeds and support integrations with tools like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Akeneo.
• Participate in QA, UAT testing, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization.
