About the Role



We are hiring L1 production support in banking domain.



Responsibilities



  • Provide L1 production support for 24x7 on Core Banking applications.
  • To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
  • To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
  • To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
  • To manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance to the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
  • To enhance existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Required Skills



  • 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidate.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch and Graphana.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge incident management processes is a plus.
