SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER (AI, AUTOMATION & PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE)

The organization is actively building an AI-powered, data-driven digital ecosystem aimed at redefining patient experience, operational efficiency, and clinical-support processes across its international operations.

As part of this strategic transformation, the company is establishing a high-performance engineering function focused on scalable architecture, AI integration, and next-generation automation systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (AI & Automation Focus) who will act as a key technical leader within the engineering organization.

This role goes beyond development — it requires strong architectural ownership, system design leadership, and hands-on contribution to AI-driven platform development. You will be instrumental in building enterprise-grade systems from the ground up, shaping technical standards, and working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & System Design

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack architectures
• Define and evolve microservices-based system architecture and API-first design principles
• Make key technical decisions on system structure, scalability, and long-term maintainability

AI & Automation Integration

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions including:
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Computer Vision / Image Recognition
• Recommendation and prediction systems
• Integrate machine learning models into production-grade applications
• Collaborate with Data Science teams on model deployment, optimization, and monitoring strategies

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain modern web applications using:
• Node.js, React, Next.js
• Python (Django / FastAPI)
• TypeScript-based architectures
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and real-time data processing systems

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Oversee cloud-native architecture on AWS and/or Azure
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of distributed systems
• Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines
• Participate in architectural reviews and strategic technical planning

Quality, Security & Compliance

• Ensure systems meet enterprise-level security and data protection standards
• Maintain high performance and observability across platforms
• Contribute to technical documentation and R&D compliance processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years in a senior/lead or architecture-focused role
• Strong experience in full-stack development and system design
• Proven experience with AI/ML integration in production environments
• Strong background in scalable systems, microservices, and cloud architecture
• Experience in healthcare tech, fintech, or large-scale e-commerce platforms
• Excellent analytical thinking and system-level problem-solving ability
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in startup or high-growth product environments
• Hands-on experience designing systems from scratch (0→1 products)
• Exposure to distributed systems at scale
• Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare preferred)
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts
