IT Project Manager

Salary: €75,000 to €80,000 + benefits

Location: Cork

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office

Our client is a global technology company that develops smart software and hardware solutions used by businesses worldwide. They are looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team and lead complex technology projects in a fast paced environment.

You will work closely with development, QA, infrastructure and business teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while managing stakeholders and driving Agile delivery.

What you will do:

• Manage end to end IT projects across multiple teams
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups and retrospectives
• Track project progress, risks, issues and key milestones
• Work closely with stakeholders and senior management
• Manage delivery using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Support teams to remove blockers and keep projects on track
• Drive collaboration and accountability across teams

Must have:

• 5+ years experience managing complex IT projects
• 5+ years experience working in Agile software development environments
• Experience working in financial services or regulated environments (MUST HAVE)
• Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence (MUST HAVE)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Nice to have:

• Project Management certifications such as PMP or Agile
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
