We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance the experience of our developer community by streamlining technical support, creating onboarding resources, and fostering collaboration. This role is pivotal in scaling our support model and building a strong culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent developer needs by managing and resolving technical support tickets efficiently.
- Develop and deliver onboarding materials, including training sessions and documentation, to ensure smooth integration of developers into platform services.
- Collaborate with developers to address and resolve issues promptly while fostering community engagement.
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust knowledge management portal.
- Conduct regular analysis of technical support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize support processes and enhance the developer experience.
- Partner with platform teams to understand and address their requirements, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities.
- Collaborate on scaling the support model to meet the needs of a growing developer community in a dynamic environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of tools and resources to strengthen support capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps or Developer Relations roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development, deployment, and support processes.
- Hands-on scripting experience with Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability tools and practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, or NewRelic).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive continuous process improvement
