We are looking for an AWS Cloud / DevOps Engineer to join our team.

The Mobile Employee Engagement Platform is a modern communication solution designed for businesses with large non-desk workforces.
It enables companies to effectively reach frontline employees—people working with tools, machines, patients, and customers—in environments where traditional desk-based communication tools are not effective.
The platform ensures fast and reliable communication, reducing missed messages, delays, and productivity loss while improving overall operational efficiency.

It enables companies to effectively reach frontline employees—people working with tools, machines, patients, and customers—in environments where traditional desk-based communication tools are not effective.
The platform ensures fast and reliable communication, reducing missed messages, delays, and productivity loss while improving overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of commercial experience as an AWS Cloud / DevOps Engineer;
- Commercial experience managing production AWS infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, scalability, monitoring, and cloud security principles;
- Experience deploying and supporting cloud-based applications in AWS production environments;
- Experience supporting AI-enabled services or AI-related workloads in AWS environments;
- Ability to take ownership of AWS infrastructure and cloud-related operations.
- Familiarity with AWS AI-related services and modern AI/LLM-based solutions;
- Experience with AWS AI-related services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, AWS Rekognition, AWS Textract, or similar tools;
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads in production environments;
- Experience with AWS cost optimization;
- Experience working in product-driven engineering teams.
- Full ownership of AWS cloud infrastructure;
- Design, maintain, and optimize cloud architecture;
- Build and support Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
- Manage and operate AWS services including EC2, RDS, ECS, and related components;
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of systems;
- Support infrastructure for AI-enabled product features and cloud-based services;
- Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud architecture and platform initiatives;
- Support deployment and maintenance of AI-related services in AWS environments.
